Funnel Build
Timeline: 7 - 9 working days (depending on the complexity of the funnel)
Upon approval of the proposal, we build an end-to end funnel for you, starting from attention capture to the final, intended action.
We cover ideation, strategic funnel design, copywriting and creation of visuals* across the entire funnel.
We also cover funnel testing to ensure that the funnel is working before it is taken live.
*Please note that video production is on a case-by-case basis, and that all our visuals will be created with AI to best leverage on the benefits of AI, such as more design possibilities, quick testing of multiple variants and lower cost. Active measures will be taken to ensure hyper-realism (where appropriate) and no “AI slop”. Do reach out to us if you have concerns on this.

Optimisation Before Scaling

With the A/B testing scope that we agreed upon, Konvertion puts different ad variants to test in the market and derive the combination that gives you the best conversion. We keep A/B testing as short as possible, but enough to draw conclusions, so that we spend as much of the ad spend on scaling the winning ad combination as possible.
Konvertion then scales the remaining ad spend into the winning combination, so you get the best returns on your ad spend.

Konvertion is compensated on a base fee plus performance incentive structure, based on the outcome we deliver for you.

Intentionally charged lower than traditional agencies as we tie a larger proportion of our remuneration to performance incentive, for reasonable pricing and risk sharing.
Paid upfront upon signing the service agreement, before commencement of the strategic audit.

Incentives are calculated on the main funnel-attributed outcome, for the duration of the total attribution window (i.e. A/B testing window + attribution window).

We are typically compensated through a base fee + performance incentive model.
The upfront base fee covers strategy, research and funnel build. It is paid upon signing the service agreement, before commencement of the strategic audit.
The performance incentive aligns our success with yours, so you don’t pay for results you don’t get. It is tied to the number of conversions generated within the funnel’s total attribution window, and tagged with the funnel’s UTMs. It is paid at the end of every month and upon the end of the funnel.
Details are agreed upon upfront, transparently.

We peg our performance incentive to the outcome derived from our funnel, irrespective of previous baselines, so it is administratively easier for us and safer for you.

A Konvertion funnel usually runs for the duration of A/B testing, followed by a window typically needed to achieve the intended outcome of the funnel.
The A/B testing period is kept as short as possible (just enough to hit minimum data thresholds and derive strong conclusions from each test), as we want to reserve as much of your ad spend for scaling the actual winning combination as possible.
The length of the A/B testing window depends on how many components and variants you would like to test.
The attribution window that follows depends on the length and intended outcome of the funnel.
For example, for a funnel comprising lead capture, lead nurture with 3 email sequences and a subsequent call to purchase for a formaldehyde removal service, an industry-acceptable attribution window is 90 days, as it is high-ticket and involves careful buyer consideration.
Thus, the total attribution window for such a funnel will be: A/B testing window + 90 days.
The attribution window will be discussed and agreed upon prior to signing the service agreement.
